The Montessori method
The Montessori method is designed to find the inherent potential in every boy and girl.
At the center of the method is the child, in fact it is an educational philosophy that emphasizes a broad and inclusive education that respects the child as a person. Education encompasses all areas of child development - intellectual, social, physical, emotional and spiritual development.
The method relies on the child's learning instinct, which is independent learning.
In education according to Montessori, learning is achieved through a unique process in which the child learns of his own desire.
The method focuses on "learning in growth", meaningful learning adjusted to the stages of the child's development and achieved with didactic aids [a branch of pedagogy that deals with the development of teaching approaches and methods] and through the mediation of the educational staff.
Montessori concluded that education begins at the birth of the child and that the first years are the most important in his development, since in these years he has a high absorption capacity that allows him to absorb his environment
in full.
Montessori once said:"The child's life moves along a developmental continuum in which each stage is based on the previous stage and serves as a basis for the next stage."

Kindergarten 3: Shani
Shani says: "Montessori education is a beautiful way to teach children."
"I discovered the method when I helped teach children in a Montessori kindergarten, I really liked the method, and when I received an offer to run a Montessori kindergarten I said yes straight away.
There are children in the kindergarten aged 3-6 and the older children really like to help the little ones and the little ones aspire to be like the older ones {for example when a little girl wants to tie shoelaces I send the older kids to help her}"

Kindergarten 2: Linor
Linor was very attached to the Montessori method and decided to work in a Montessori kindergarten. She said: "Something about the approach gives a lot of freedom within clear boundaries" and added: "You can choose what to do, choose an exercise that interests the child. In normal education, children are not allowed to express himself. Exactly the opposite of the Montessori method."
There is a connection between the children and kindergarteners, respect, and love.
In the Montessori method, there are games that the kindergarteners create themselves for the children and they change and renew them every day for the children and the personal development of each one of them.

Kindergarten 1: Ira
Ira has 12 years of experience
In the past she worked in Ukraine at a Montessori kindergarten, In Ukraine, most of the kindergartens are Montessori kindergartens.
She was inspired by the method and immediately went to work in a Montessori kindergarten.
She said: "It is not enough to study in a Montessori kindergarten for just one year, it should start at the very beginning when the child is still 3 years old, so that the method really has an effect. In a Montessori kindergarten, the kindergarten teachers talk to the children on an equal footing [Bending to the children, to talk to them]. Children have a right to choose, they can choose what to play and what task to do. They experiment with things they don't experiment with at home such as: pouring liquids, cutting vegetables, painting with water colors...
Unlike a regular kindergarten, here the children explore the environment, learning simple things for example: where the animals live, countries, continents...
By mixing Montessori things and games, the children's palm gets used to writing, and thus it helps them in learning to write letters.
The children progress faster, that is, if in first grade normal children are just starting to learn how to add and subtract, the children who studied according to the Montessori method already know this and even a little more.
Usually most of the children who studied the Montessori method go to advanced schools and become successful people.
